Carefully Crafted Gardens have recently completed our dream garden!
From the initial design, to construction, planting, quality of workmanship and materials has been outstanding all the way through the process.
Rich and Chris work so well together. They are full of knowledge in their own field, approachable, and nothing is too much trouble.
They worked in difficult weather conditions on many days, but they were patient, considerate and tidy throughout.

Rich and Chris then worked tirelessly to bring those plans to life. They were lovely people to work with, very punctual and reliable, respectful of the neighbours and they always cleared up after themselves.
They willingly included minor modifications we requested and any glitches along the way were quickly addressed.
Our garden was particularly challenging due to restricted access because of several steps leading up to the house. They innovatively used scaffolding to create a platform to enable materials to be lifted up to the garden. Even so, all of the work was laboriously completed by hand, without complaint.
We can’t recommend them highly enough.

From the first meeting, then the design phase, 3D imaging with walkthrough, to implementation stage, communication was spot on, with the actual landscaping taking less than two weeks to complete.
The team kept everything incredibly clean and tidy, the first contractors I’ve had working on my property to do this, and very appreciated by me and my neighbours.
The garden has gone from waterlogged grass to a lovely design of paving, gravel, stone and water, making it attractive to look at and spend time in. I’m looking forward to spring and summer where it will really come into its own!

Not only did Rich manage to turn my ideas into something I could see and walk through before they’d even started (with the use of his clever tech 3D wizardry), but it turned out exactly as planned and even better than I imagined. Their only goal is to create something you love for as long as you want it. I now have what feels like an extra room that my whole family adore and we’ve not been out of it come rain or shine. We have needed a full garden renovation for a few years now, mainly due to flooding within the garden. We contacted a number of recommended gardening companies. They came and discussed the changes needed, however I did not feel confident with how they explained the design and none offered a proper design service. Then I contacted Carefully Crafted Gardens.
Straight away I felt at ease by having images of my future garden. When we agreed the design we had a 3D walkthrough video too – it removed the uncertainty of getting it wrong. They did not begin the work until we were completely happy with the design.
They have been extremely professional, very approachable and accommodating throughout the process. Liaising with us and our neighbours too, as well as working to a tight deadline for a family party.
Nothing was ever an issue, before completing various parts of the garden they would check with us before planting or installing any garden features.
Thank you for all your hard work and commitment in transforming our garden it now feels like an extension to our home!!

Fantastic service, very pleased with all our new fencing and removal of 30 year old plus ivy which had distorted all our old fencing panels. Work carried out professionally, all rubbish completely removed from the garden and its was left very clean and tidy. I would have no hesitation in recommending Carefully Crafted Gardens.

I called Rich on recommendation from a friend who had recently had work done and it was absolutely the right decision.
From quote to completion, Rich & Chris were brilliant. They removed all waste and just got on with the job. I’m over the moon with the removal of 30+ years worth of ivy, a hideous concrete raised bed and the replacement with a new fence, secured wall and brand new raised planter. My neighbours are made up too.
All round 5* service and quality! Would highly recommend.
Rich and Chris have just finished a job for me in the front garden. I am really pleased with the finished result but also impressed with the amount of drainage stones that went in. I feel happy that I won’t get lots of surface water out there.
They are both very nice, polite and always arrived when they said they would. I was getting fed up with people not even turning up to do a quote so I am extremely pleased with the whole process. I have already asked for another quote for the back garden and very happy to use them again.

Our garden needed significant refreshing and design – we had 4 bamboo shrubs which had roots spreading everywhere, as well as a number of mature trees/shrubs which needed pruning or removal. As we are aging, we also required our garden to be colourful throughout the changing seasons but also relatively low maintenance. Having seen the Carefully Crafted Garden’s website we were impressed and so got in touch. Rich came out, saw the garden, measured it, took our thoughts and then came back with a well planned design which met our needs. The actual work on the garden took 9 days and I must say my wife and I are delighted with the outcome. At all stages we were consulted with the ideas and made some slight modifications. The work was carried out methodically, conscientiously and with utter professionalism. I have no hesitation in recommending Carefully Crafted Gardens. The work is not cheap BUT is quality.

The guys did a fantastic job on our garden. We had a large, boring new build plot and they worked with us on an idea we had sketched to make it a reality, including patio, pergola and planting. We were delighted with every aspect of our garden transformation from the professional design, to the expertly selected plants and perfectly constructed patios and fencing.
